One of our most important values at Calvary Baptist Church is our mission to the world which we believe begins in our community, and then spreads overseas to every nation. No matter what your God-given gifts are, Calvary desires to put them to His use. Whether you serve as a mentor, a greeter or an extra pair of hands, followers of Jesus with a spirit for service are needed for countless volunteer opportunities in our church family.
     Worship Team Ministry
If you have gifts/talents in the craft of music (play or sing), drama, or media (sound or software)…please take the time to see our Worship Pastor.
We have an “open chair” philosophy about service at Calvary; that means no one is the only one that can serve in a specific role.  We do our best to use everyone who has a passion for God and for serving others.
Ushers & Greeters

Our team of ushers have only one goal and that is to make every person who walks through the doors of our church feel welcome and comfortable. We do this through a heartfelt greeting, gathering appropriate information, directing family members to specific areas, and answering any questions you might have. 

Kids Church & Nursery
We know how important it is to for kids to be taught on their level as well as develop good friendships.
  • Our Calvary Kids church is designed and staffed to use whatever means to make the Bible real and alive.
  • Our preschool nursery is clean, and staffed with loving, trustworthy people to care for your children.
Parents are always welcome to stay for Calvary Kids!
 
 
      Media and Technology
If you know how to navigate a computer or audio board we could use your skills during Sunday services.  Please consider joining our media and technology team.
                   Prayer Chain

Calvary Baptist Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Throughout the week, members pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs. We would love to have more prayer warriors on our team!

                            Pantry

Consider joining our food pantry team to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community.
The pantry is open the third Saturday of each month from 9am – 11am to distribute non-perishable food items.
